Many years ago I realized a deep connection with Traditional Hatha Yoga and Yoga therapy. It literally has changed my life and for a few years I live with my Indian husband in Rishikesh, India where we teach yoga and yoga therapy.

I am constantly studying in the leading schools of the world to deepen my knowledge. I have almost 10 years of Hatha Yoga teaching experience and 5 years of Yoga therapy work.

I am a head of Yoga and Kinesio Therapy studio in Rishikesh and

  • a member of International Association of Yoga Therapists
  • Hatha Yoga Teacher (500 hours and 200 hours RYT)
  • Ashtanga authorized Yoga teacher (Level 1 by SharathJois)
  • A bachelor of Yoga and Kinesio Therapy. Kinesiology is the study of human movements, performance, and function by applying the sciences of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, psychology, and neuroscience.

I use some techniques from Traditional yoga therapy, physiotherapy and Thai massage to achieve the best results. I also have a certificate from Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai.

Last 3 years I teach Anatomy & Yoga Therapy for Yoga teachers and Yoga practitioners. I will be happy to share my knowledge with you on- and offline.
