It’s not a secret that women are physiologically extremely complicated. And we feel different during the each of four phases of the menstrual cycle:
We discuss hormonal and physiological changes in each cycle and modifications of Yoga practice according to it.
How to solve common menstrual problems like heavy and painful periods
How to make premenstrual syndrome (PMS) more comfortable
Schedule:
1st day:
10:00 – 12:00 Lecture: Reproductive and Endocrine system
13:30 – 15:30 main hormones of all phases of the menstrual cycle & their effects on the body. Correction of the practice according to the phase of the menstrual cycle
2nd day:
10:00 – 12:00 Physiology of the menstruation. Yogic practice during menstruation.
13:30 – 15:30 premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Practice and diet.
Accommodation
It is a non-residential Yoga course and students are asked to book their own accommodation. You can choose from a great variety of accommodation (different budgets and needs).

Certification:
After graduation you will get a certificate of joining 15 hours (12 Contact Hours and 3 Non-Contact Hours ) “Yoga for women before menopause” from Yoga Therapy Studio Rishikesh which is recognized by Yoga Alliance as a Continuing Education Course.
